As an Inspiration Coach and Mentor, I listen deeply to you. Together we create a safe space for you to explore your strengths and passions and get clarity about what you really want from your personal life, your career and your relationships.
I teach you how to interrupt the negative beliefs and thought patterns that stop you achieving your dreams.
Together we identify the steps you can take to create a new, better or different life and I help you find the courage to take action and step into life as a creator rather than just in reaction to what happens around you and to you.
An athlete would not even think of playing without a coach – and nor should you. After all - some say, life is the biggest game of all. You want a personal life coach with your best interests foremost.
I have experienced birth, death and many things in between, including, parenting, marriage and divorce and travel. I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, partner, teacher, learner, employee and business woman. My spiritual journey has been rich and varied and my spiritual life is the mainstay of who I am. I offer you high quality Coaching and Mentoring from a place of experience and integrity.
