Online Inspiration Coaching and Mentoring is convenient and cost effective. We can connect by telephone or by skype and at times we will have additional email contact.

With life coaching online you get all the benefits of coaching without leaving your own home or office.

We ‘meet’ on the telephone or on skype for weekly sessions for three weeks and then in the fourth week you have some time to integrate your learning and take action on your new understandings. And so the cycle continues.

I recommend you commit to an 8 week cycle to get the most out of Coaching and Mentoring.
