Online Inspiration Coaching and Mentoring is convenient and cost effective.

The first session of coaching can last up to 90 minutes and after that, sessions will usually be 45 minutes to an hour. I may give you some exercises to prepare before we meet each week.
Generally I recommend a session each week. I amy give you integration activities between sessions.
The preparation or integration activities are never arduous; they are especially designed for you to keep you in alignment with your transformation goals.
When life coaching online it is most beneficial to commit to 8 sessions. This is payable in advance at AUD $800 or monthly at AUD$400 per month.

One on One speaker training with elke
Inspired Speaker Training gives you the confidence and the skills to speak with integrity and honesty in all situations.
Inspired Speaker Training can be:
- online (preferably skype)
- face to face (if possible)
One on one speaker training can be tailored to suit your needs – be it an interview, presentation speech or sales pitch.
The complete series of four x 2 hour sessions takes you step by step, with practice, through: energy and stance, integrity, content, gesture and voice, presentation materials and content.
You will learn
- How to communicate your integrity and purpose
- How to be heard by everyone in the audience (not just listened to!)
- How to use your body to communicate and convince
I will review your upcoming presentation with you AND give telephone or email feedback and guidance on the presentation or speaking event after that.
The four sessions plus additional feedback is AUD$500 payable in advance. If you require review sessions at any time in the future, these will be at a discounted negotiated fee.

Online or telephone sessions tailored to your needs at an hourly rate of AUD$100.

For one on one guidance it is most beneficial to commit to an 8 week program to establish your meditation habit. An 8 week program of weekly one on one meditation training with elke is AUD$600 in advance.
